Description: Bulk System: Flour, HFCS, Corn Syrup, Water, CO2, 2 Horizontal Mixers; Fruit Cook System: 3 Cooking Blenders, 3 Cook Kettles, 2 Liquefiers, 1 Refrigerated screw feeder; Custard Cook System: 1 Continuous Mixer, 3 Surface/ Scrape heat exchangers.
