The American Institute of Baking Installs PRIMS into their Pilot Plant

The Focus Works PRIMS system is installed and recommended by AIB International, the baking and food education institution and food safety auditing body.


Focus Works was given a great honor when its PRIMS product was chosen by AIB as its batching, lot tracking and inventory control solution. Students at the AIB educational facility in Manhattan, Kansas, will be taught how to use PRIMS for recipe management, purchasing, receiving, and control of ingredient inventory.  AIB has been instrumental in helping Focus Works enhance the PRIMS system, making it an even more effective tool for bakery plant floor management. It is our sincere goal to help AIB in its ongoing efforts to improve the knowledge and expertise of bakers and the baking industry.



Jeff Zeak, AIB Pilot Plant Manager, receives instruction on the use of PRIMS from Bill Grimaldi of Focus Works.


Jeff will use the PRIMS system as a training tool, instructing bakers from around the world.
